Pestili is the sweet that small chlidren "tongue". It comes from Eastern cuisine and comes from the effort of people to use and preserve the fruits that have been left over for longer. It is done with natural drying and fruit storage for a long time. After washing the fruits, remove the stump and pulp the flesh. Then spread the mixture up to 3 mm thick in the sun to allow it to dry and dehydrate. When it's dry, we cut the skin to the size we want. If some fruits are sour, we can add a little stevia or sugar.
It can be considered a very tasty and healthy snack if it is of pure fruit, without the addition of sugar and is beneficial for the good functioning of our organism.
