A handful of nuts a day can be considered as the elixir of longevity, according to a study published by Harvard University scientists and attended by 119,000 volunteers attended for three decades. One of the nuts eaten regularly by the University of Harvard volunteers were, amongst others, almonds. This in itself urges you to consume the particular dry fruit. If it is combined with the sweet taste of strawberry - to which no one easily resists - this caramelized almond is a delicious temptation !!!
